Diving in Tofo

A moray eel.

I did several dives in Tofo and I decided to rent a camera and try underwater photography. The visibility wasn't very good for photos and the equipment was very basic. Nevertheless, I managed to get some interesting photos even though the quality is not great.

The following videos have been made by Amin. He uses a GoPro camera with an underwater casing. The result is surprising. They will give you an idea of what diving is about.

Unfortunately, I didn't see any whale shark or manta ray. However, I was lucky enough to dive with two humpback whales. It is very rare that a whale get close to divers; we got two. Divers with more than 2000 dives never had this chance. It happened to me at my 26th dive.
