Parque Nacional do Iguaçu
The Parque Nacional do Iguaçu in Brazil and the Parque Nacional Iguazú in Argentina protect the famous Iguaçu Falls. These falls are among the most beautiful wonders of our planet. They were declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1986.
I visited the falls on the Argentine side and now on the Brazilian side. Which park offers the best views of the falls? Honestly, my answer is 'both sides.' In Argentina, you can see the falls 'from above,' in a more intimate way, and you feel more like you're in nature with the falls. On the Brazilian side, it's a more distant panoramic view, but just as spectacular. I recommend visiting both sides.
